Adios con Familia

Cuban and Miami Style Casino, and Rueda de Casino Dance Technique (On1). Adios con Familia is Spanish for "Goodbye with Family". It's the same as an "Adios con la Hermana" but at the end of the 1st Basic (after the Leader finishes his Half Left Son Turn) he stands on the circle facing the Follower. They then make an Enchuf(e)(la), but at the end the Leader is standing in the circle and hooks his right arm on the Follower's right arm. They walk a clockwise circle together with the Son Basic and the Leader releases the arm hook (7th count). He then makes a Dile Que No with the Follower on his right side. This Partnering Dance Technique is also called "Prima con Familia".

Dance because you like it and show that. Own the dance. A good student can copy the teacher but a great dancer learns and then makes it her own. So, create your own style and do your thing. And very important: dare to dance!
