Arm Throw (AT)

Arm Throw is a Styling Dance Element. The Leader throws the arm of the Follower up (safe) or to the side (dangerous on a crowded social dancefloor). He does this mostly on an un-even count (1, 3, 5, or 7th count) (On1). The Follower does Arm and Hand Styling. This Styling Dance Element is also known as a Hand Throw.

Examples Dance Pattern: 1. Mambo C, Mambo C – O, R-R: L-L FRT, L-L: R-R R-R AT (1) R-R HC (5) R-R : L-L 2 FHC (R-R on 6 & L-L on 7), Mambo C (On1).
