Contra Tiempo in dance terms means breaking/dancing starting on a syncope (on 'and 1'), or/and on the 2nd Beat. It's often used while doing fast shines.

Frank Reyes, often going under the epithet “El Princípe de la Bachata”, The Prince of Bachata. Reyes grew up in a village with his family where they dealt with cultivation.

Sonora Poncena

Puerto Rican Sonora Ponceña, is one of the most popular tropical bands of all time. They got together in 1954 with local musicians Enrique Lucca Caraballo and Antonio Santaella, who had been playing in a band formed in 1944 called El Conjunto Internacional.
