Flow

Keeping the Flow means dancing fluently. Partnering fluently in one fluent move. Mastering the "Slow' in the Quick Quick Slow (see "Quick Quick Slow"), dragging the feet on the ground instead of stepping, mastering and using body movements, mastering the art of easy transitions between Dance Techniques, switching Hand Holds and Hand Connections fluently, dancing to the rythm of the music (keep dancing the Basic!), and adapting to each others dance styles are some key elements to get the Flow while dancing together.

Sanne Keijzer

Dance because you like it and show that. Own the dance. A good student can copy the teacher but a great dancer learns and then makes it her own. So, create your own style and do your thing. And very important: dare to dance!
