Hand (arm) throw (AT)

Hand (arm) throw: Styling Dance Element. The hand of the Follower is throwed in the air by the Leader and is catched up by the Leader again. The Follower can perform this with a 'stiff" arm or let her arm fall gently down (like a falling leaf or handkerchief). The Follower must have a good timing to let her hand fall in the hand of the Follower on the right moment. Follower should also look carefully where Leaders wants her hand to fall (could also be on the shoulder or the hip of the Leader).

Sanne Keijzer
Dance because you like it and show that. Own the dance. A good student can copy the teacher but a great dancer learns and then makes it her own. So, create your own style and do your thing. And very important: dare to dance!
