Puerto Rican salsa singer Eddie Santiago has had a remarkably long and productive career, continuously recording since the 1980s and with more than a handful of commerical successes.
Máximo Francisco Repilado Muñoz, or more known as Compay Segundo, was a legendary Cuban composer, musician and guitarist. He became world famous with the ensemble “Buena Vista Social Club” in 1997.
Born in Puerto Rico but raised in the States, Tito Nieves (Humberto Nieves) began his career participating in Cimarrón, an orchestra based in New York. He formed a group with Héctor Lavoe in 1977 and joined Conjunto Clásico soon after.
