Name: Tegui Calderón Rosario

Place of birth: Santurce, Puerto Rico
Calderón is a world famous musician in the genre of alternative reggaeton, combining the sounds of reggae, salsa, plena, dancehall and hip-hop in his music. More than 50 000 copies were sold of his debut album “El Abayarde” in the first month. He was subsequently nominated for Grammy Award, Premios Lo Nuestro and Premios La Gente.
Calderón moved to Miami from Puerto Rico during his childhood and went on to study percussion. During his high school years he played as a drummer in a rock band before embarking on his solo career. Calderón published his debut in 2003 and organized his first concert in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Later he performed with huge success at the Madison Square Garden in New York City. Calderón has been described as “the reggaeton champion of an Afro-Caribbean working-class aesthetic”.
Tego has two children, Malcolm X and Ebony Nairobi. He is married to Michelle Peterbauer.

She is also the founder of Baila Cuba (www.bailacuba.hu), a Dance company focused on giving exclusively pure Afro-Cuban workshops in Hungary. Zsuzsa holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of Hertfordshire.
