How long have you been dancing for?
I have been dancing for 4 years.

What made you start with salsa?
I decided to start with Salsa after attending the first India International Salsa Congress.

Where do you take your lessons?
I take my Salsa dance classes at Lourd Vijay’s Dance Studio.

What’s your best salsa tip for a night out?

My best tip is to dress well and smell good. Both guys as girls do not want to dance with a smelly partner ;)

What is your best salsa memory?
My best Salsa memory would be participating in the India International Salsa Congress.

What is your worst salsa experience?
I cannot think of any bad Salsa experience. All my experiences have been overwhelmingly positive!

What are the best salsa tips you have for women dancing salsa?

For the ladies: Let the man lead, and follow him well. For both: also follow each other by having close contact in body and soul.

Which song will get you up on the dance floor?
Anything that has a 'jazzy' sound to it will get me on the dance floor!

Which salsa dancer/teacher/choreographer inspires you?
The Salsa dancers who inspire me the most are Richard Tholoor and Sneha Kapoor.

Where do you see salsa going in 5 years from now?

I hope Salsa will continue to grow and be one of the most popular dance styles danced across the globe.

What inspires you on the dancefloor?
I get much inspiration from the sexy, sultry, and vibrant Salsa and Latin music.

Lastly, if there was one salsa wish you could make, what would that be?

I would like to become one of the leading salseras in the country!
