EILAT – ISRAEL  Thursday 22 to Saturday 24 April 2010, the Annual Med Salsa Congress will be Promoting Peace through Salsa for the eighth time in the sunny Eilat (Israel). Prepare to engage in a 3- day celebration of high level Salsa and world inspiring Unity.

 The Latino Del Mundo group – founded by Mr. Lior Petel – has outdone itself once more by arranging Salsa Dance Workshops from the very best Salsa Dance Instructors and Performers such as Swing Latino (Colombia; World Salsa Champions), YoungBlood (Puerto Rico), and Ismael Otero (New Jersey, U.S.A.) among many other national and international Salsa Professionals. Their exhilarating Salsa Dance Performances will bring thousands of Salseros and Salseras in complete ecstasy. The international Salsa DJ’s Henry Knowles (New York, U.S.A.) and Mark Anthony (Toronto, Canada) are two of the many national and international Salsa DJ’s scheduled to make all the Salsa Congress visitors stay on the dance floor and dance until they drop.

 The live Salsa and Mambo music of the internationally renowned New Swing Sextet from New York will add even more flavor to the Mediterranean Salsa experience.

The luxurious Golden Tulip Club will be the main hotel where the activities will take place. From April 25 to 28 all foreign guests can join the ‘Tour through the Holy Land’ and visit some of Israel’s famous cities and landscapes. The largest attraction for the congress participants, the other hotel guests, and the people of Eilat is the traditional Salsa Congress Parade on Friday afternoon. Thousands of musicians, dancers, and groups dressed in carnival fashion will bring a tropical feeling to the Med Salsa Congress.
