New Year's eve, often times a date of revelry, partying and having a fantastic time with friends and family. What better date to throw a 30th birthday bash for the always amazing Christina Aguilera. On New Year's eve, she threw a gigantic party to celebrate her birthday, posthumously, which occurred on the 18th of December.
She said “[Turning 30] was a big one - the next chapter of my life. But, because I was working so much on [Burlesque], I postponed my birthday party, so New Year’s Eve is my big 30th birthday party.”
Christina filed for divorce from her husband, Jordan Bratman, a few months ago, and is a firm believer that wisdom is something that is gained through age.
She said "Being 30 is better than being 20, I'll tell you that. The lessons I've learned and how I've grown is incredible."
