Directly after the dance will be an outdoor showing of the RKO-produced Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers favorite "Shall We Dance".

Bring something to sit on and something warm to wear. Beginning dance lessons are from 6 to 7pm each session and free dancing is from 7 to 9pm except for July 30 where the entire evening will be dance lessons beginning at 6pm. The dances take place between two downtown parks. Occidental Park is located in Pioneer Square and Freeway Park is situated in the downtown core between University St. and Seneca St. at 6th Ave. Dance through beautiful sunsets in the open air while learning new steps. Try something new this summer with the outdoor series Dancing Til Dusk. For more info: Dancing Til Dusk.

Dance because you like it and show that. Own the dance. A good student can copy the teacher but a great dancer learns and then makes it her own. So, create your own style and do your thing. And very important: dare to dance!
