July 23 – 25: 7th Tampere International Salsa Festival 2010

TAMPERE/FINLAND – The northern part of Europe will go 'Salsa Crazy' when the 7th Tampere International Salsa Festival – held in Tampere, Finland – will open its Latin heart for all Salseros and Salseras worldwide to follow excellent workshops and four hot Salsa parties from July 23 until July 25, 2010.
The sixth Tampere International Salsa Festival is Finland's biggest Salsa Dance event.

The organizers bring top-class Salsa Dance instructors such as U-Tribe from Paris, France, Osbanis Tejada & Anetta Kepka from London, United Kingdom and Israel Gutierrez from Munich, Germany to teach their very best Salsa Dance workshops in the company of other well respected colleagues. Together they will instruct a grand total of 36 dance classes. The following styles will be instructed: Mixed Styles of Salsa, Salsa LA Style on1, Mambo NY Style on2, Cuban Salsa, Salsaton, Reggaeton, Puerto Rican Salsa, Timba, Despelote, Afro Cuban, Timbaton and Stretching.

July 19 – 21: Salsa Pasión's Intensive Beginners Salsa Course

As the main part of the Salsa Festival's worshops are only suited for people who already master the basics of Salsa, dance school Salsa Pasión has been found willing and ready to give Salsa Dance classes for Beginners in the dance school premises at the beginning of the festival week, from Monday, July 19 until Wednesday, July 21. This is an excellent opportunity for the hundreds of dancers coming from all parts of Finland, Baltic and Nordic countries to bring their families & friends to share their Salsa passion. This intensive Beginners course is cheap and very accessible.   

Party with Manolito y su Trabuco

The parties start from Thursday the 22nd with a Teacher's Presentation. On Friday night the Salsa instructors and performers will dance their newest Salsa routines for the public to enjoy. During the following party, none other than the famous Cuban Timba band Manolito y su Trabuco will give their live concert. The Saturday party is 'Gala Night', and all participants can dance together for one last time during the Farewell Party on Sunday, July 25.
