June 22 – 27: Croatian Summer Salsa Festival

ROVINJ/CROATIA – One of the best Salsa Congresses in Eastern Europe, the Croatian Summer Salsa Festival, will take place for six days between June 22 and 27, 2010, in the sunny city Rovinj with its beautiful scenery.

The goal of Dinka Sabic, Los Mamberos Salsa team, and all the organizers of the Croatian Summer Salsa Festival has always been to organize an event having Salsa entertainment and education of the highest quality.

They are successful in creating a unique Salsa, Sun and Sea event by combining Craota and Rovinj’s best assets. Almost all the Salsa Dance workshops and parties happen in hotels and around pools. The best part is the organization adding 2 extra days of activities making the festival 6 days long instead of four.

These extra ‘pre-festival’ days (June 23 & 24) will be filled with city related activities. It is called Dance Point. Some of the worlds best international Salsa Instructors and Performers will give ‘special’ dance workshops. They instruct six extra salsa dance workshops for those wanting to spend the whole six days of the Croatian Festival dancing, and enjoying the beach & sun. Top Instructors and performers such as Tito & Tamara - Puerto Rican On2 Mambo specialists -, will be taching 6 classes in 2 days during Dance Point. This opportunity cannot be missed.

Other specialist delighting the participants with highly qualitative workshops during Dance Point are U-TRIBE "SPECIAL" WITH MIKE & R.ELLE, and Cuban Dance specialists - MARIO & MADELINE, who also give additional 4 workshops during the rest of the Croatian Festival. The pre-festival also offers Beginers Dance workshops. It is fun to learn Salsa from international ann Croatian Dance instructors.
Adris Old Tobaco Factory is the new venue where all the activities will take place. On Saturday there is a Gala Party with shows, and on Sunday all participants can join the Boat Trip for the Salsa Pool Party on the island Istra.
