May 22 – 23: BACHATA Weekend in Marseille

MARSEILLE/FRANCE – Ramzy and Moky organize a weekend with Bachata Dance workshops, shows and parties on Saturday May 22 and on Sunday  May 23, 2010 in the city of Marseille (France).  Bachata superstars ‘Ataca y La Alemana’ are coming straight from Florida (U.S.A.) to turn Marseille into the ‘City of Bachata Love’.

The ‘Golden Couple’ of international Bachata dancing, Ataca Jorgie and La Alemana from Island Touch Dance Company, will be the only ones giving Bachata Dance workshops to Beginner and Intermediate level participants during the whole 2 days duration of ‘Weekend Bachata a Marseille’. Laurentina Salazar describes the international Bachata Dance Instructors and Performers as “two persons who are very beautiful on the inside as well as on the outside, they dance like Royalty, and they are always smiling.” She continues, “They are also very humble. Meeting this beautiful couple in person was an experience I cannot even describe. We love them very much, as if they were members of our own family! They are real Wonders.”

Ataca y La Alemana will instruct Bachata Dance during workshops held at the Stage Dance Center in Marseille. There are two programs for the Beginners and Intermediate level Bachateros and Bachateras. The Bachata Program 1 will be taught on Saturday, and program 2 will be instructed on Sunday afternoon.  The party on Saturday evening, “Bachata Salsa Shows” will take place at the Scottish Club, address 2-16 rue de Jacques Reattu in Marseille. This night is organized in association with Kirt (School Marseille Dance Centre). The Sunday party “Social Party” will break lose at the Marseille Dance Centre, address 8 rue du Lt in Meschi in Marseille.

Special Prizes for Special Packages

There are several packages available from minimal one Bachata Dance workshop to whole weekend passes. This way all participants can choose the activities for themselves. There is something available in all price categories. The places are limited because of the growing success, so the organizers advice everyone to book as soon as possible. No Bachata Dancer will want to miss this weekend.
