May 7 – 9: Mallorca Salsa 2010

MALLORCA / SPAIN – On 7, 8 and 9 May 2010 the beautiful island of Palma de Mallorca (Spain) will welcome and nurture hundreds of salsa dancers coming to its third International Salsa Dance Congress. Johnny Vazquez (a founder of the LA Style Salsa ‘On1’ and considered by many to be the ‘real Salsa Dance King’), Adrian & Anita (Spanish Salsa Dance Champions), and Juan Matos (‘the Mambo Dance King’) are some of the many ‘Master Level Salsa Dance Instructors and Performers’ giving some excellent and highly entertaining Salsa Dance workshops on the island. 

Most Salsa Dance Congresses only have 2 days with workshops. Mallorca Salsa 2010 has 3! The instructors start to teach on Friday (7 May) from 5 to 6.30 p.m. All the dance workshops will be held in ‘Hotel Horizonte’. The incredible dance shows and the social dancing will all take place at the ‘Palma Arena’ party venue. The very professional DJ Pablo Blat is a real life phenomenon on his own account. For 10 years he has been the DJ and member of the legendary team organizing the world famous ‘Bacardi Salsa Congress’ (now ‘Puerto Rico Salsa Congress’) on the island of Puerto Rico. But this is only one of his many great achievements.
