November 2010 Latina Cover Girl is Eva Longoria Parker

Eva Longoria Parker is on the cover of Latina magazine's food and entertaining special issue. She's an entrepreneur and an actress, and if anyone has a flair for being successful it’s Eva.

She is currently busy as possible filming the 7th season of her hit drama/comedy series on ABC, Desperate Housewives. While accomplishing this feat, she somehow finds extra cycles to be an award-winning philanthropist.

On top of all of that, she opened Beso Las Vegas, a new steakhouse and nightclub, making her the first female to own a club on the famous Las Vegas Strip.

For their cover story, Latina interviewed Longoria Parker and she had this to say to writer Amy Elisa Keith; “The hustle and bustle of the holidays is my break, I actually enjoy running around doing all of the shopping, preparing the food and all of that stuff. People get so stressed around the holidays, and I’m the exact opposite. My husband does a really good job of figuring out flights for everyone.”

Eva also shared some info with the Latina editor on her favorite traditions for Thanksgiving: “Every year we have a tamalería which involves all of the cousins, aunts, my mom and my sisters doing an assembly line to make tamales, I fry the turkey because I love the way it tastes and it’s easy.”

Eva is loved for many reasons, and one of them is her uncanny ability to go from being glamorous and glitzy, to being down and dirty in the kitchen whipping up some amazing homemade dishes. Find out more details about Eva Longoria Parker and her NBA Star husband Tony parker in the November Issue of Latina magazine.

Dance because you like it and show that. Own the dance. A good student can copy the teacher but a great dancer learns and then makes it her own. So, create your own style and do your thing. And very important: dare to dance!
