I know alex as far back as 1994 and I KNOW HE's GUILTY!!! When I first read the news report in 2009 I knew he was guilty because He still has the same Modus Operandi. Nothing has changed except he looks middle-age now.

He used all kinds of deception on women who really wanted to learn Salsa and get on the scene.
He took advantage of 2 of my personal friends besides other Salsa fans. but he was using them the same as he had used my friends. One of my friends who is from L.A. was raped in San Francisco when he invited her to go over the weekend. (before he moved to L.A.) He also swindled many many women out of "Borrowed" money but would never mention any thing afterwards.
Many women just don't want to get exposed, so they are not coming forward. Even the detectives said that All the stories were very similar even though the women did not know each other. So after several similar complaints they knew it had to be true. When he was released the first time, supporters were quick to point to his "innocence". However, the Detectives said that at that time they didn't have all their marbles together. but he was re-arrested bc Now they had plenty more evidence and accusers.
So, for those who want his trial to come now, I say he will probably be convicted. so it is better that he stays in the county jail as long as possible, (delay trial) that way when he gets sentenced he may only do half-time for good behavior and might get out on time-served. meaning: if he gets 4 years and he gets half time off then he does only 2 years. He's in there almost 2 years. so he may just get out, time served.
2.5 years is equal to 5sentence and so on. Anything rather than go to the BIG HOUSE. Where he will be the RAPED one first night there and then every night after that. the county jail will be like vacation then. I don't wish for him to go there, but I know he's guilty and the time already in jail might have taught him a lesson. After all He got away with it for a very long time. as I mentioned, I know him since the mid 90's and got away with it for a long time. Today's accusers are but the tip of the iceberg.

damn mr. karma, you just talk too much. i don´t know about so many people hating alex but i do know he´s very dear to alot of people. maybe one day you´ll go to jail innocently and no one will care. believe me, there´s ALOT of people who are behind alex. we support you alex.

You are advocating for a Dirty RAT who had a system to draw, scam, swindle, coerce into voluntary sex, or FORCED copulation (not to use the word RAPE)
let me disarm your advocacy arguments for the WEASEL:
1)"let he without sin cast the first stone." That statement has no Value.
bc it is too broad & general, however, if it was revised to
"let he/she without *SIMILAR* sin cast the first stone." bc obviously everyone has committed some kind of sin in their lifetime but not everyone has committed MURDER, RAPE, GRAND THEFT, ASSAULT, or anything considered FELONY.

2) What has been told in court is a pre-trial hearing where basic testimony is heard to determine if there is sufficient cause to proceed. Obviously the court found that there WAS... only during the trial will they get into very specific details.
What you consider "stories told by the accusers are worthless" were the pre-trial hearing basics. YOUR statements are worthless!

3)"endure the injustice Alex has endured for the past two years." You are the one trying to convince everyone that it is an injustice. when in fact people are talking about JUSTICE. some of us are eyewitnesses and had personal interaction to know the FACTs and TRUTH.

4) I CARE about "fairness, justice and truth" that's why I'm coming forward. I know this RAT since the mid 90s and even then he was at it. in fact, he has just honing his "Craft" back then. that's why he got away with it for so long. but as I said before, when you play the game continuously eventually you will win the "Lottery"

for those who point out that he was arrested and released as a proof of innocence and thus his Re-arrest is just an injustice. I say BULL!!
the reason he was released is because the prosecution did not have have all their evidence and witnesses ready. by the time of the re-arrest it means NOW they have enough (alleged) victims, witnesses and evidence. they know they have enough to secure a conviction. so, he better prepare to do some time. and if you complain about the conditions in the county jail and WATER is all you complain about. Heck, that is nothing compared to the BIG HOUSE. That's why I said that for those of you supporters who are eager for him to have his trial now; I say he better DELAY TRIAL as long as possible and do county time instead. The longer he stays in county the less time in the JOINT. Where they're going to make a BITCH out of him the first night by force as he did to others.

What are they going to do for him??
You think they're going to advocate for a MULTIPLE RAPE CRIMINAL (alleged, of course, up to now) you think they run to save every criminal who says "I'm innocent"???
