SALSEEK Shaking Up The Salsa Dance Scene!

A new digital magazine on all things Salsa – SALSEEK – has officially launched on December 20, 2010. The monthly interactive digital magazine will feature everything that has to do with Salsa dancing, Salsa music and the Latino culture. SALSASEEK's first New York issue features international Salsa dancer Magna Gopal and much more!

SALSEEK is also planning the official New York City (USA) launch party at the luxurious rooftop venue, Hudson Terrace, in January 2011. Stay tuned for the exact date!

SALSEEK digital magazine is a collaboration between CEO and founder of SALSEEK Natalie Maniscalco, NYC photographer Chasi Annexy and creator of EN LA ESCENA TV Tony Austin. Next to being a digital magazine, Salseek.com will also provide an all-inclusive go-to-guide to the hottest trends & news in the international Salsa dance community. Salseek provides columns and news, unique feature articles, instructional videos, tips from Salsa experts, documentaries and Chasi Annexy's exceptional photos. A special edition of SALSEEK will include weekly television episodes featuring the best in Salsa. This is done in partnership with EN LA ESCENA TV - a bilingual entertainment show on Caribbean & Latino culture, lifestyle and entertainment - and co-produced by Natalie Maniscalco & Tony Austin.

SALSEEK's First NY Issue!
SALSEEK's first New York edition features photos and articles of world renowned Salsa dance instructors & performers in the likes of Magna Gopal, Melanie Torres from Dance On2, Joseph Rivera from Baila Society, Cesar Corrasco and Sheena Larsen from Step Into Salsa, columnist Jayne Cooperman's journey to learning Salsa, a special Salsa episode co-produced by EN LA ESCENA TV, an instructional video of Magna Gopal and and exclusive documentary film of the 10th Anniversary of the New York International Salsa Congress created by filmmaker Rafael Herrera.

Dancer Of The Week

Dance because you like it and show that. Own the dance. A good student can copy the teacher but a great dancer learns and then makes it her own. So, create your own style and do your thing. And very important: dare to dance!
