Salsa in Russia "Ice Cold"

We went to Krasnoyarsk, Russia for their 3rd Salsa Festival. Minus 40 degrees is something we have NEVER felt! We couldn't be outside for more than 10 minutes... ! The cold kills all the bacteria away and people don't really get sick, well until the weather starts to get warmer.... We had a great time at the Salsa Festival!
