Video clip of the annual Dutch Summer Carnival 2010 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The Dutch Summer Carnival takes place every last Saturday of July. This parade was originally n initiative of the Dutch Antillean immigrants, but it grew out to become a million public event harboring nearly all Latino cultures living Holland .
