This is a video clip of international Latin superstar Shakira playing in a fountain in Barcelona, Spain whilst filming the clip of her new single "Loca" ("Crazy") which will be released October 19, 2010. Shakira had not only danced and played in this fountain between takes, but she also took the back seat of a Hells Anges Harley without wearing a helmet. The controversy was so big that the city is thinking of fining the Colombian born artist.
